Personal Items: By accepting services at Cosmo Nail Bar, I acknowledge and understand that bringing valuables may expose them to paint, chemicals, and tools. I accept full responsibility for ensuring the safety of my personal belongings. Please keep personal items with you at all times. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Children: We kindly request that clients oversee the safety and well-being of their children during their salon visit, as our staff members are not responsible for childcare.

Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. If you are late, your service may be shortened or rescheduled. Clients who are 10 minutes or more late to an appointment will be considered walk-ins.

Service Guarantees: Our services are guaranteed to meet your satisfaction. Please contact us within 48 hours if you have any concerns.

Refunds and Exchanges: We do not offer refunds, but we are happy to address any concerns regarding your service. All services are guaranteed for up to 5 days (excluding regular polish); no revisions will be made after 5 days.

Under 16: If you are under 16 years old, payment must be made before any services are rendered, or you must be accompanied by a guardian.

Special Requests and Allergies: Any allergies must be disclosed before services are rendered. Cosmo Nail Bar is not responsible for allergic reactions if no prior notice of allergies is given. We recognize that allergies can pose significant risks, and we are committed to creating a safe environment for everyone.

Behavior: Respectful behavior is expected from all clients and staff. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Cosmo Nail Bar reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
